Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure takes place in three episodes, which the first is shareware. There is a total of over 30 levels in the game including bonus levels.
Level 1, where Cosmo starts his journey. There is his family's ship that crashed here! The strange environment contains fruit and plant life.
Bonus Levels: If you collect enough stars in a level, you earn your way into a bonus level! These levels are filled with points. Here are two examples:

The shareware levels:
Level 2 carries on the theme of the first
level, but gets a little more difficult. 
Level 3 begins the forest theme. There are
branches you can jump on, but be careful about falling off the bottom of the level!
Level 4, Cosmo finds a darker part of the forest.
There is even a graveyard with ghosts here.
Level 5, Cosmo finds some stone structures.
Watch out for falling rock!
Level 6, the ice caves. Some surfaces are
slippery here so be careful.
Level 7 takes place in some kind of factory.
The building is inhabited by robots!
Level 8, Cosmo finds a futuristic city!
There is even a platform Cosmo can hover on and fly throughout the level.
Level 9 goes back to the outdoors settings.
This level even has oil shooting out of the ground.
Level 10, The last level in the shareware
episode. Going back into a dark forest. This screenshot shows off the high-tech
lighting in the game.
