Mystic Towers

There are a total of ten spells in Mystic Towers used to kill the monsters.   Five are weapon spells and the other five are tactical spells.

Weapon Spells

 

From left to right, the spells are Ice, Sulfur, Venom, Fireball, and Lightning.  Ice is the weakest and lightning the strongest.  Ice spells are unlimited, but the others must be picked up.  Keys 1 - 5 select these spells.

Tactical Spells

From left to right, the Tactical Spells are Reveal, Heal, Teleport, Levitate, and Bomb.  Keys 6 - 0 are used to select these spells. These spells are, in general,  actions done to Baron Barlric.  Two notes, the Teleport Spell can only be used when Baron is standing on a blue teleport pad, and Baron must face the Monster Generator to use the Bomb.

Status Bars             

Mystic Towers includes a number of helpful status bars and graphics.  First of all, there are three meters which monitor Baron's Food(brown), Drink(blue), and Lifeforce(red).  Remember to eat food and drink water to keep these up!  There are also status bars showing which keys you currently have and how many coins you have picked up. Coins are used to buy spells.

There is a Tower Progress meter that shows your current floor and which floors are cleared of monsters. Red means monsters are present.  Another great feature is the map of the current floor showing the layout of all the rooms.   No need to get lost now!
